Kathmandu November 24.Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of State 3, Shalikram Jammakattel, has pledged to provide assistance for the development of physical infrastructures of which he said is public property of the entire Nepalis. “We are positive about finding ways for the state to provide assistance to RSS in line with legal provisions,” he said referring to the legal provisions that do not allow state government to provide assistance to an institution under the federal setup. The minister was speaking at a meeting with high ranking officials of the RSS including its General Manager Opendra Sharma at RSS central office in Kathmandu. On the occasion, saying there is a failure to publish news bulletins at state level for want of human resources and budget, he urged the minister to manage workforce for RSS.
