Bhaktapur, Jan 5 (RSS): CPN (UML) leader Subas Nembang has said that constitution implementation is still a complex task due to disputes of political parties.
The dispute among major political parties is to blame for failure in constitution implementation, the former speaker said at a proramme organized on the 18th anniversary of Kathmandu School of Law (KSL) here on Friday.
Nembang added that the parties should troubleshoot the problems abiding by the people’s mandate for the implementation of the constitution and nation’s prosperity.
Chairman of KSL Madhav Prasad Acharya, College Chief Yubraj Sangraula, Mayor of Madhyapur Municipality Madan Sundar Shrestha and others expressed their opinions for rule of law in the country.
