Biratnagar, Feb 3 : Preparations for the first meeting (slated for February 5) of the state assembly (SA) of province-1 have been completed.

According to Morang CDO Ram Prasad Acharya, the assembly hall (at the district coordination committee building) has been made ready for the maiden meeting with painting and other decorations. However, some minor preparations are still going on.

He added that the office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers has also been established. He further shared that the office for the various ministries have also been prepared and officials for the Ministry were being deputed.

Preparations are also being made for live broadcasting of the first meeting. The province has a total of 93 members in the state assembly.
