Kathmandu, March 20 (RSS): Reports of the interim statute and ideological status under the leftist party unification process has been badly delayed after most of the leaders assigned to the task have become ministers.
The organization task force meeting held at Home Ministry Tuesday discussed clause-wise on interim statute of the would be unified party, said taskforce member Beduram Bhsual, adding that the leaders would however meet again soon
He further said that the UML and the Maoist Centre would probably be unified on the establishment day of Nepal Communist Party on Baisakh 9.
Although the taskforces to make report on organization and ideological status were given time and extended twice, they have failed to bring forth the reports yesterday- the extended timeline.
The coordinator of the organizational taskforce is Home Minister and Maoist Centre leader Ram Bahadur Thapa and coordinator of the taskforce on ideological status is UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal.
