In a bid to create atmosphere for tourism development, Dang district is setting up 13 parks in the current fiscal year. The Division Forest Office shared this information. Assistant Forest Office, Sahayog Basnet, has said Ghorahi sub-metropolitan city will have six parks while Tulsipur municipality six, and Dangisharan, Bangalchuli and Babai municipalities will have one each. Process to construct the park has initiated. Basnet further said there would be different sorts of parks including a multi-purpose botanical garden in Ghorahi, a multi-purpose park and martyrs memorial garden at Bahrakune Daha, cultural park and Lakhan Thapa park at Ghorahi and religious park at Dharapani
