Kthmandu December 22. Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) of United Nation has urged the Millennium Challenge Account Nepal (MCA of government of Nepal) to approve the agreement in this ongoing winter session of legislative Parliament. MCA Nepal urged to ratify the agreement through the press conference since there has been a hot discussion over the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN-M).

Stating that they were committed to timely completion of the infrastructure projects mentioned in the agreement, the urged the convention of parliament to approve the compost. The issue of MCC has raised controversy among the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN). MCC Project, especially designed for in the construction of large infrastructure projects, was established by the US Parliament with the goal of partnering with developing countries, The then finance minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki signed a MCC agreement in the US.
