Kathmandu November 7.Candidates’ nomination filing is taking place today in view of by-election for vacant members of House of Representatives and State Assembly scheduled for coming November 30. According to the Election Commission, the nomination filing is scheduled to take place from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm today. The by-election is taking place for a member of the House of Representatives and three members of the State Assembly. The by-election to a member of the House of Representative is to be held in Kaski Constituency-2 while by-election to the State Assembly member is taking place in Bhaktapur Constituency 1 (A), Baglung Constituency 2 (B) and Dang Constituency 3 (B). The EC informed that the names of candidates registering nomination would be published from 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm this afternoon
